WHY WE BUILT IT
Online, the loudest "alpha" influencers sell one idea of a man: rich, angry, in control of women. We think that's backwards. The dad doing the school run, the friend who checks in, the guy who owns his mistakes: that's the real flex. So we rank famous men on how they actually treat people, and put the good ones where young lads can see them.
HOW MEN GET RANKED
Each man is judged on his public conduct: what he did, not what he says about himself. Every fact links to its source on his profile. Charges are not convictions, so a man who is charged but not convicted shows his current legal status. The boards are our opinion, not a finding of guilt.

WHO'S BEHIND IT
humbored.com is made by one man. He's middle-aged now, and grew up in a single-parent home: his parents split when he was young, and his dad wasn't around.
What he knows about being a man, he learned from his stepdad, a farmer. Watching how he handles daily life showed him what real effort looks like, and that being a man is about what you do, not what you say.
The rest came the hard way, by working out who he is. The biggest lesson from that:
Look for the real truth. It's the only thing that brings closure. And if you can't find it, let it go.
